Hank’s Maintenance & Service Co. Ltd. was founded in 1968 by Hank Fuglerud to help the fledgling drilling operations on the Bakken Oil Field in Saskatchewan. In 1981, Grant and Conrad Walkom bought the business from Hank and managed the company for another 17 years.

In 1998, as drilling operations on the Bakken increased, Grant and Elaine Walkom purchased Conrad’s portion of the company. Hank’s Maintenance & Service Co. Ltd. has grown the company to employ more than 30 people in various capacities.
